Was skiing in Austria last week, and whenever in Austria I need to make sure to have a proper Weiner Schnitzel. We went to Gasthaus Krone in Umhausen, which is the best restaurant in town according to the owner of the hotel where we stayed. I had the veal Schnitzel, which was really amazing and I will make sure to go back to Gasthaus Krone the next time I go skiing in Öztal, and I highly recommend you to do the same.
