Last night I decided to try my cooking skills at home, so I prepared a Quiche Lorraine with an accompanying salad. I used a standard recipe for the Quiche, but on initiative from my flatmate I added some chives. Some time ago he starting growing his own herbs out on our balcony, and the home grown chives really added a nice touch to the dish.
I was also quite happy as I got a very good review from my colleagues at work today, when I had the leftovers for packed lunch and they got to try some.
