Biblioteca, between La Rambla & Raval, is a place quite well known with the ex-pats in Barcelona. It is not, however, a touristic restaurant, as it is hidden away on a not so busy street. Its decor gives you the feeling of dining in someones apartment, with bookshelves, an open kitchen, and warm lighting. The food is of high standards, and most meals cost less than €20. Last night I had the beef filét baked in herb pastry, perfectly cooked as you can see by its color, and Cava (Spanish champagne) to drink. Exquisite.
