On a Thursday evening, being too lazy to cook, I went to "Le Brulot" in Antibes with a good friend of mine. We both ordered the same thing - A classic Magret de canard.
I was suppose to be on a diet after the X'mas holidays but... Let's chuck that aside for a moment...
The charcoal flavored tasty crispy skin melted in my mouth!! The moist pink duck meat! Ahhhh. Need I say more? Served with some fresh salad leaves and potatoes. Delicious!
Meat + potatoes can't go wrong, especially on a cold cloudy day.
