Serafino is one of the restaurants in our lunch rotations. The sandwiches from the hot counter are made with a lot of care and a very nice touch. Normally, all you have to do is choose the meat and the bread that you want to have, and the rest will be perfected by the guy making the sandwiches.
Winning combinations are; pork on cibata with apple sauce, chicken escalope with mushrooms on focaccia bread, and the roast of lamb.
Serafino alos has a great vegetarian assortment of sandwiches, however, I mainly go there for their meat sandwiches as they are huge and so delicious.
